2013-2014 League Two Line-Up

Following the play-off games in League Two and the Blue Square Premier today the line-up for next season's fourth tier is almost complete.

Relegated from League One is Scunthorpe United, Portsmouth, Bury and Hartlepool United with Pompey set to begin in the lowest league position in their history. Coming up from the Blue Square Premier are Mansfield Town and Newport County, who won the play-off final against Wrexham this afternoon by two goals to nil. That result means Byron Anthony, David Pipe and Andy Sandell will return to the Mem. It also ensures Rovers have another derby to look forward to with Newport sitting just 29 miles away in South Wales.

In regards to the play-offs in our division, Bradford City and Northampton Town won their semi-finals and will go head-to-head to occupy the fourth promotion spot. The losers will become the final club in next season's League Two, joining defeated semi-finalists Burton Albion and Cheltenham Town. It means there will be more southern teams in the division than it looked like there would be a couple of weeks ago.
