The long-running transfer story of the summer so far has been our well documented pursuit of Oxford United's James Constable. We've seen two six-figure bids rejected in the past 10 days and whilst U's chairman Kelvin Thomas anticipates further bids, Nick Higgs has implied that Rovers shall switch their attentions to other targets.

Is that a ploy to avert attention away from the transfer or have we genuinely moved on in our efforts to strengthen our strike force?
