It has been 3 weeks since the last 'Elsewhere In League Two...' article and needless to say that there has been lots of transfer activity in the division since then. The past week has seen a whopping 19 signings made as managers across the land add the finishing touches to their squads ahead of the big kick off in a fortnight's time.

Delap lands at Burton - Lifted from: bbc.co.uk

Burton Albion have been busy with a couple of noteworthy captures in former Stoke City midfielder Rory Delap and striker Rene Howe. Long-throw specialist Delap has signed a 1 year deal while ex-Gas loanee Howe has agreed a 2 year stay with the Brewers. Bury have also been working hard this week to tie up contracts with a few new recruits. Goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook has joined the Shakers on a permanent contract following his departure from Arsenal, Richard Hinds moves to Gigg Lane after his release from Yeovil Town and forward Anton Forrester arrives on loan from Blackburn Rovers.

Torquay United have also been active and have drafted in midfielder Ben Harding on a free from play-off finalists Northampton Town. Paul Cook's Chesterfield have completed 3 signings in the shape of Richie Humphreys, Matt Brown and Jamie Devitt. Essex side Southend United have moved for a former Colchester United midfielder in Ben Coker and he has signed a 2 year deal with the Shrimpers. Scunthorpe United have drafted in Sean McAllister and long time free agent Etienne Esajas with the winger not having played since the 2011-2012 season and York City have signed Richard Cresswell after he was let go by Sheffield United and Ben Davies on loan from Preston North End.

Elsewhere James Beattie's Accrington Stanley have swooped for Rob Atkinson, a former loanee, from Fleetwood Town and Cheltenham Town have sealed a deal for former favourite Ashley Vincent and Macclesfield Town left back Craig Braham-Barrett. Plymouth Argyle have brought in ex-Accrington Stanley wide man Romuald Boco on a 1 year contract and, finally, AFC Wimbledon have signed Burnley winger George Porter on loan after he enjoyed an impressive campaign on loan in League One last year.
